Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds in any case. However, we do provide exchange options as per the policy below. The final decision regarding any exchange request will be at the discretion of the company.

Return Policy

Conditions:

• Items purchased on discounted prices are not eligible for return.

• Only products with manufacturing defects can be returned.

• The issue must be reported within 1 day of receiving the product.

Exchange Policy

Conditions:

• Discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

• Products can be exchanged anytime 50% of exchange policy.

Lifetime Policy

• 30% resale value: You can resell your silver jewellery to us at 30% of its value.

• 50% exchange value: You can exchange your jewellery with us at 50% of its value.
